I could not wait. I had to make them again to see how good they would be. I actually started making them yesterday with my daughter ... just to realize while we were working that we did not have enough butter! GRRRR! So we had to stop (luckily we had not mixed in the eggs yet) and I promised my daughter that I would fnish them tomorrow morning while she is in kindergarten. So I did and we just had a nice picknick in our backyard ... and they were
YUM!
Seriously, if you love soft chocolate cookies with a crispy edge try this recipe. You will not be sorry!!!
(If you like all-crispy cookies, don't bother. Or overbake them and they are fine.)
