Last week I made cookies again. This time oatmeal raisin cookies. I had been searching for a good recipe for a long time and had tried a couple already. I never was really satisfied with the result. Either the cookies were too dry or didn't have the right texture. This time I tried a new recipe from the Martha Stewart website and I simply LOVED the cookies! They are even good without raisins!Sounds pretty stupid to make oatmeal raisin cookies without raisins? Well, my daughter doesn't like raisins - so I made half a batch just oatmeal cookies for her. :-)
