PROJECT 11: Cutest Teabag Cookies

Oh, these are DEFINITELY on my to-make list. Lately for some strange reason I have had a craving for shortbread. I did not make any yet ... but NOW I will! Look at these. 
They are cute! 
Perfect! 
Different! 
I love different! 
And they seem pretty easy to make. I mean no strange shapes to cut or anything. And the fact that it is shortbread WITH chocolate makes it even better! 
Chocolate makes everything better, doesn't it?!
