Today I made this cheesecake with the help of my daughter - and it turned out very lovely. My daughter and I just shared one piece and it was so good. I plan on taking the rest of it to work tomorrow and I guess I will have to bale a second cake tomorrow afternoon. :-)
I did not bother making the sauce today - since there is now way I will be able to take that to work. But when I make a second cake tomorrow I want to try the sauce as well. I think it must be a great addition. But even without the sauce it really is great!
